I have been in Monterey Park for more than 30 years, eating Red Devil Pizza at the same location as Jay’s once it closed we have been eating Rio’s Pizza. Jay’s Pizza looks like Rio’s Pizza except for the dough and the Pizza Sauce. Jay’s Prices are Great! And the Pizza is good. The person who took my order by phone was rude, however the guy who helped me in the store provided me with good service.

The order arrived fast and tasted amazing. I asked for New York style pizza for a thin slice and got exactly that unlike the so called "New York pizza" of other pizza shops, the slices were thin and good. Try the honey BBQ

Medium supreme with extra olives came out to $18. Ordered at 11am on a Saturday and picked up hot and delicious at 11:30am. Parked on the street. Inside dining area looked nice and clean.

Peperoni pizza was good, potato wedges were ok, not as freshly made as you would wish. Garlic bread was OK, salad was good also. Great Value, service was Outstanding

Absolutely outstanding! It’s so hard to find good vegan pizza that’s not up-charged a ridiculous amount. It’s only a few bucks more than regular pizza and it’s so, so delicious! So many options for toppings too and they always bake the crust just right. They also have vegan mozzarella sticks, tenders and cauliflower wings! Jay’s is officially my go-to for pizza, thank you so much for having such great variety and deliciousness on your menu! The workers are super friendly too. You won’t be disappointed!
